Miscellaneous products and specialised ranges for Rail Cable Clips

In addition to the core product range, Britclips also offer a wide choice of supporting miscellaneous fixings, and two further ranges of specialised fixings, including suspended ceiling fixings for securing services to, and within, suspended ceilings; a special range of fixings for heavy industrial applications and situations where greater loads apply.

Material finishes: unless noted otherwise, Britclips are protected by Deltatone 9000 (D/TONE) silver plating. Deltatone is a zinc-rich finish which incorporates a duplex organic resin coating, providing an excellent barrier to moisture and heat. Britclips fixings are coated to a thickness of 10-12 microns to BS 7471: Parts 1, 2 and 11. Deltatone has a salt spray resistance of 480 hours tested to ASTM B 117 and DIN 50021. In addition, plated parts will resist temperatures up to 300°C without damage to the steel base. Deltatone is resistant to atmospheric corrosion and many mild solvents – e.g. petrol.
